We export our marine worms all over the world to be used as good quality bait for fishing and as specific pathogen free polychaetes for shrimp maturation.

R&D constitutes the heart of the company, POLYCHAETA is the first breeding farm in the world to produce Perinereis Cultifera type marine worms in commercial scale, our process is zero waste process, chemicals and antibiotics free, and sustainable.

The findings from this research now make it possible to apply this process to several other species of commercial interest. The latest climate changes have affected all the biodiversity of the Bizerte lagoon and the company had to adapt to these complications which disrupted its first productions.
